Primula is a herbaceous flowering plant that is valued for it’s pretty ornamental flowers. The primrose is one of the many extensively cultivated and hybridized flowers that bloom in early spring. The flowers usually appear in spherical umbrellas on hearty stems arising from a rosette of leaves. Flowers can be blue, pink, purple, red, yellow or white

Distribution:
Native to the northern hemispheres’ temperate region they can be found also in the tropical mountains of Ethiopia,  Indonesia, New Guinea, as well as the temperate areas of South America.
